What are the delivery charges for orders?

We have a set postage price of £3.95 for all orders, so you can order as much as you like with peace of mind that there is no extra cost unless you require special or next day delivery, which will be £7.50.

What happens if I need to return my order?

We very much hope you will be pleased with your purchase.  Should you need to return anything bought please contact us at info@rubyslippersdancewear.co.uk, giving your name, reason for return and a contact telephone number.

Returns will only be accepted if the item is sent back unworn, in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition with tags attached.  Tights, however, are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons. 

If you request a refund then the amount paid, minus the postage, will go back on your original payment card.  If you request an exchange please indicate which product you require.  We will not charge postage for any exchange item being sent.

How long will delivery take?

We aim to send your purchase/s as soon as the order has been processed. Delivery by Royal Mail should take between 2-4 working days.

Product Availability

We endeavour to keep our stock systems as accurate as possible.  There may be occasions where an item has gone out of stock in the time between you placing the order, and your order being processed.  On these occasions you will be notified by email and we will do our best to complete your order within a reasonable time.
